Hello

Diagnosed in April 2018 with HER2 positive invasive ductal carcinoma.  Or simply, breast cancer.  Treatments - 6 rounds of chemotherapy, 1 year of immunotherapy, bilateral mastectomy, and breast reconstruction.  In remission as of November 2018.  As a breast cancer survivor, I understand the rocky road of the journey from discovery, to diagnosis, through treatment, and finally recovery.  Having been through it, I saw that there was a missing piece to the puzzle: Direct Patient Care.  Specifically for those going through chemotherapy.  I was blessed with an amazing support system, and was given every possible tool to help get through the treatment process with some ease and comfort.  I wanted to provide the same comfort for women about to take their first step on the same road.  Chemotherapy isn't easy but if I can help provide some ease to the discomfort, that is the mission.
